Our Mission

At Ubuntu Alliance,
we are dedicated to fostering excellence in early childhood education by providing vital support to educators
and ensuring access to
affordable housing.

What We Do

A self-sustaining model for early childhood education, so teachers can live where they inspire, nurture, and lead.

How It Works

CULTIVATE

An environment where teachers can afford to live in the communities that they serve.

CREATE

A thriving community where teachers are valued and empowered.

GIVE

Mobilize donations and secure grants to subsidize teacher rent.

Why It Matters

The people shaping our children’s earliest years shouldn’t have to choose between serving their community and affording a place to live.

Yet for many early educators, that’s the impossible choice they face every day.

Despite playing a foundational role in children’s development, early educators often earn minimum wage, with minimal or no benefits, making housing in their communities unaffordable.

Ubuntu Alliance exists to change that.

We believe those who care for our youngest deserve access to safe, stable, and affordable homes—right where they work and live.

Our Projects

Through donations and grants, Ubuntu is subsidizing teacher rents so they can live in the communities they serve. Please click below for more details.
